The Summit Storm soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Bend Lava Bears to 0 in the Storm league victory on Friday.
The Storm now hold a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Caldera for a 5A Intermountain bout on Tuesday, October 15. Summit will play a squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Mountain View (Bend, OR). The record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Bend moves to 3-3 on the year. The Lava bears travel to Redmond/Culver (Redmond, OR) to play the Panthers in a bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Redmond/Culver won 4-0 in their recent league bout against Ridgeview (Redmond, OR)
