Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Bishop Stang tips St. John Paul II

October 11, 2024: North Dartmouth, MA 02747

The Bishop Stang Spartans (North Dartmouth, MA) volleyball held off the visiting St. John Paul II Lions (Hyannis, MA), 3-2 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Archbishop Williams for a Catholic Central - Large bout on Tuesday, October 15. Bishop Stang will clash with a Bishops team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fontbonne Academy (Milton, MA). The Bishops record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, St. John Paul II drops to 8-8 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Sturgis West (Hyannis, MA) to clash with the Navigators in a Cape and Islands- Lighthouse bout on Monday, October 14. The Navigators come into the bout with a record of 11-1. Sturgis West won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Nauset Regional (North Eastham, MA)
