In Friday's league challenge, the host Graham Steers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Brownwood Lions.
The Steers (21-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Glen Rose (Glen Rose, TX). The Tigers enter the 4A Region I District 6 challenge with a 25-7 record. In their last challenge, Glen Rose beat Mineral Wells (Mineral Wells, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the Brock Eagles (Brock, TX) in a 4A Region I District 6 match, on Tuesday, October 15. Brownwood will attempt to move on its 13-18 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 25-10 record after their 3-2 league win over Stephenville (Stephenville, TX).
