Texas High School Volleyball - Sam Houston overwhelmed by Burbank

Burbank Bulldogs (San Antonio, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sam Houston Hurricanes (San Antonio, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Burbank advances its record to 30-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Fox Tech (San Antonio, TX) to face the Buffaloes in a 5A Region IV District 27 test on Tuesday, October 15. The Buffaloes go into the test with a record of 1-23. Fox Tech lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Highlands (San Antonio, TX)

The Hurricanes now sport a 4-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brackenridge for a 5A Region IV District 27 test on Tuesday, October 15. Sam Houston will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Burbank (San Antonio, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-24.
