Fans at Friday's league contest between the California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs (Riverside, CA) and the visiting Sherman Indian Braves (Riverside, CA), observed California School for the Deaf-Riverside's volleyball team top Sherman Indian by a count of 3-0.

The Cubs (14-19) will now prepare for their contest against La Sierra Academy (Riverside, CA). The Knights enter the Arrowhead contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, La Sierra Academy notched a victory over California Lutheran (Wildomar, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Braves meet the Bethel Christian Kings (Riverside, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 16. Sherman Indian will attempt to move on its 1-11 season record.
