The Pirates (13-19) will now prepare for their contest against Carthage (Carthage, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region II District 16 contest with a 23-13 record. In their last contest, Carthage was tipped by Spring Hill (Longview, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the Henderson Lions (Henderson, TX) in a 4A Region II District 16 contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Chapel Hill will attempt to move on its 7-24 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 21-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Gilmer (Gilmer, TX).
