The Sutton Sammies volleyball squad (Sutton, MA), dropped 3-1 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Douglas Tigers (Douglas, MA)

With the win, Douglas improves its record to 9-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA) to encounter the Chargers in a Dual Valley battle on Wednesday, October 16. The Chargers go into the battle with a record of 3-12.

The Sammies now own a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wachusett Regional for a non-league battle on Monday, October 14. Sutton will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 9-6.
