The Eagles travel to Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX) to face the Mustangs in a 3A Region II District 13 test on Tuesday, October 15. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 20-15. Hughes Springs won 3-0 in their recent league test against Daingerfield (Daingerfield, TX)

The Bulldogs now sport a 13-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Diana for a 3A Region II District 13 test on Tuesday, October 15. Jefferson will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 23-10.
