The Konawaena Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Honoka'a Dragons to 0 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Hawaii Prep for a Big Island I outing on Wednesday, October 16. Konawaena will play a Ka Makani team coming off a 3-0 league win over Makua Lani Christian (Holualoa, HI). The Ka Makani record now stands at 12-4.

With the loss, Honoka'a drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Kohala (Kapaau, HI) to play the Cowboys in a Big Island I outing on Tuesday, October 15. The Cowboys come into the outing with a record of 4-8. Kohala won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Kealakehe (Kailua-Kona, HI)
