The Fort Atkinson Blackhawks volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Madison Country Day to 1 in the Blackhawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Blackhawks now have a 4-18 record. They play next when they host Madison East for a Big Eight outing on Monday, October 13. Fort Atkinson will play a Purgolders team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Union Grove (Union Grove, WI). The Purgolders record now stands at 5-21.

With the loss, Madison Country Day drops to 5-14 on the campaign. The travel to Waterford (Waterford, WI) to play the Wolverines in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 14-9. Waterford won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Martin Luther (Greendale, WI)
