Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Greenville Comets (Greenville, IL) and the visiting Okawville Rockets (Okawville, IL), saw Greenville's volleyball squad edge Okawville by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Greenville improves its record to 1-1 on the season.

The Rockets now own a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metro-East Lutheran for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. Okawville will face a Knights squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL). The Knights record now stands at 0-5.
