Next, the Knights clash with the Wheeling Central Catholic Maroon Knights (Wheeling, WV) in a Freelance game, on Tuesday, October 14. Tyler will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Maroon Knights come into the game with a 14-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over North Marion (Farmington, WV).

The Bison (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Point Pleasant (Point Pleasant, WV). The Big Blacks come into the non-league game with a 8-7 record. In their last game, Point Pleasant got by Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV), 5-1, in a non-league bout.
