The Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM), 8-0 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Ravens now hold a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to West Mesa for a 5A District 5 challenge on Thursday, October 16. Rio Grande will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-13.
With the loss, Los Lunas moves to 1-14 on the year. The Tigers travel to Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 5A District 5 challenge on Friday, October 17. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 9-6.
