The Beaver Dam Golden Beavers (Beaver Dam, WI) volleyball nipped the host Baraboo Thunderbirds (Baraboo, WI), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle.
With the win, Beaver Dam improves its record to 16-19 on the season. The Golden Beavers travel to Waunakee (Waunakee, WI) to encounter the Warriors in a Badger - Large battle on Saturday, October 11. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 28-6. Waunakee won 3-0 in their recent league battle against DeForest (DeForest, WI)
The Thunderbirds now own a 14-21 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Atkinson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 14. Baraboo will encounter a Blackhawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Reedsburg (Reedsburg, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 6-17.
