The Panthers (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA). The Rebels go into the non-league battle with a 16-11 record. In their last battle, Riverside Academy was edged by South Lafourche (Galliano, LA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Lions now own a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eleanor McMain for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. Covenant Christian Academy will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Frederick A. Douglass (New Orleans, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-15.
