Missouri High School Volleyball - Steelville over Bourbon

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Steelville Cardinals (Steelville, MO) and the host Bourbon War Hawks (Bourbon, MO), observed Steelville's volleyball team top Bourbon by a count of 2-0.

The Cardinals (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cuba (Cuba, MO). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Cuba achieved victory over Belle (Belle, MO), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The War Hawks now own a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Viburnum for a non-league battle on Monday, October 13. Bourbon will meet a Blue Jays team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Cuba (Cuba, MO). The Blue Jays record now stands at 3-18.
