In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Central Christian Tigers volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the North Lake Cowboys.

With the win, Central Christian advances its record to 18-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Culver (Culver, OR) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 11. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Culver won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Lost River (Merrill, OR)

Next, the Cowboys play the Prospect Cougars (Prospect, OR) in a 1A Mountain Valley game, on Monday, October 13. North Lake will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 3-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Glendale (Glendale, OR).
