The Sweetwater Red Devils were victorious over the host Cheyenne Desert Shields volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Red Devils now possess a 14-18 record. They play next when they travel to Mojave for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. Sweetwater will play a Rattlers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Sunrise Mountain (Las Vegas, NV). The Rattlers record now stands at 9-11.
With the loss, Cheyenne drops to 6-21 on the campaign. The Desert shields travel to Bonanza (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Bengals in a 4A Southern - Desert game on Tuesday, October 14. The Bengals enter the game with a record of 11-12. Bonanza won 3-0 in their recent league game against Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV)
