The Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans (Faribault, MN) volleyball knocked off the host Colorado School for the Deaf Blind Bulldogs (Colorado Springs, CO), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Mexico School for the Deaf for a non-league contest on Saturday, October 11. Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf will battle a Roadrunners team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Iowa School for the Deaf (Council Bluffs, IA). The Roadrunners record now stands at 9-7.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds (Delavan, WI) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, October 12. Colorado School for the Deaf Blind will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Firebirds enter the contest with a 9-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Oklahoma School for the Deaf (Sulphur, OK).
