Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL) and the visiting Hamilton Aggies (Hamilton, AL), observed Marion County's volleyball team overcome Hamilton by a tally of 2-0.

The Red Raiders (15-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Phillips (Bear Creek, AL). The Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 0-16 record. In their last challenge, Phillips was beaten by Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Aggies face the Haleyville Lions (Haleyville, AL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, October 16. Hamilton will attempt to improve on its 5-18 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 16-13 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Danville (Danville, AL).
