Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN) and the host Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN), observed Muncie Central's volleyball team top Lafayette Jefferson by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Muncie Central improves its record to 18-11 on the season. The Bearcats host Anderson (Anderson, IN) to encounter the Indians in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 5-14. Anderson lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN)

The Bronchos now own a 6-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McCutcheon for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 18.
