In Saturday's league challenge, the visiting Laguna Acoma Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Navajo Pine Warriors.
The Hawks (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Hozho Academy (Gallup, NM). The Wolves go into the 2A District 1 test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Hozho Academy achieved victory over Dulce (Dulce, NM), 3-1, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rehoboth Christian for a 2A District 1 test on Tuesday, October 14. Navajo Pine will face a Lynx squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Dulce (Dulce, NM). The Lynx record now stands at 11-5.
