California High School Volleyball - MacDonald can't get by Wilcox

October 11, 2025: Santa Clara, CA 95051

Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting MacDonald Condor (San Jose, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Wilcox improves its record to 8-10 on the season. The Chargers travel to Saratoga (Saratoga, CA) to face the Falcons in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino test on Monday, October 13. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 11-9. Saratoga won 3-1 in their recent league test against Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA)

The Condor now own a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carmel for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 11. MacDonald will meet a Padres team coming off a 3-0 league win over Santa Catalina (Monterey, CA). The Padres record now stands at 9-5.
