The Bears (18-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Aragon (San Mateo, CA). The Dons enter the non-league challenge with a 16-5 record. In their last challenge, Aragon beat Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cowboys face the Hollister Haybalers (Hollister, CA) in a Pacific Coast - Gabilan test, on Tuesday, October 14. Salinas will attempt to improve on its 17-6 season record. The Haybalers go into the test with a 7-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA).
