In Saturday's non-league match, the Parsons Vikings (Parsons, KS) volleyball squad overcame the host Neodesha Blue Streaks (Neodesha, KS), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Vikings battle the Chanute Blue Comets (Chanute, KS) in a Southeast Kansas match, on Monday, October 13. Parsons will attempt to move on its 22-9 season record. The Blue Comets enter the match with a 27-1 record after their 0-0 non-league Bluestem (Leon, KS).
