Texas High School Volleyball - Sharyland over Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest

Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) and the host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas (Pharr, TX), observed Sharyland's volleyball team top Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest by a count of 3-0.

The Rattlers (20-14) will now prepare for their battle against Pioneer (Mission, TX). The Diamondbacks go into the 5A Region IV District 31 battle with a 30-4 record. In their last battle, Pioneer achieved victory over McAllen (McAllen, TX), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Javelinas now own a 0-23 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rowe for a 5A Region IV District 31 battle on Tuesday, October 14. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest will battle a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league win over Sharyland (Mission, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 19-12.
