Nevada High School Volleyball - Virginia City tips Sage Ridge

Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Virginia City Muckers (Virginia City, NV) and the visiting Sage Ridge Scorpions (Reno, NV), saw Virginia City's volleyball squad nudge Sage Ridge by a score of 3-2.

With the win, Virginia City improves its record to 4-9 on the season.

The Scorpions now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage for a 1A Western battle on Tuesday, October 14. Sage Ridge will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV). The Rams record now stands at 0-10.
