In Tuesday's league battle, the host North Brunswick Scorpions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the South Brunswick Cougars.
The Scorpions (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against Ashley (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle come into the battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Ashley defeated Topsail (Hampstead, NC), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Cougars encounter the West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) in a battle, on Thursday, October 14. South Brunswick will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 3-8 record after their 2-0 league loss to North Brunswick (Leland, NC).
