The Tappan Zee Dutchmen topped the visiting Pearl River Pirates volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Dutchmen now have a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nanuet for a non-league test on Friday, October 14. Tappan Zee will confront a Golden Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY). The Golden Knights record now stands at 2-5.
The Pirates (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY). The Red Hawks enter the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Nyack gained a win over Nanuet (Nanuet, NY), 2-0, in a non-league test.
