The Swain County Maroon Devils smashed the host Andrews Wildcats soccer squad by a margin of 8-0 in Wednesday's league match.
The Maroon Devils now sport a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hayesville for a Smoky Mountain 1A match on Monday, October 17. Swain County will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 10-1 league win over Tri-County (Murphy, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-4.
