The Langtree Charter Lions soccer team (Mooresville, NC), 5-2 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC)

With the win, Christ the King moves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to battle the Pride in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A outing on Monday, October 17. The Pride go into the outing with a record of 16-1. Pine Lake Prep won 1-0 in their recent league outing against Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC)

In their next game, the Lions battle the Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A contest, on Monday, October 17.
