Next, the Wildcats confront the Union Spartans (Rose Hill, NC) in a Carolina 1A challenge, on Monday, October 17. Hobbton will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 6-2 league loss to North Duplin (Calypso, NC).

The Leopards now have a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they host Neuse Charter for a Carolina 1A challenge on Monday, October 17. Lakewood will confront a Cougars team coming off a 7-1 league loss to Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 6-8.
