The Black Knights now hold a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Grove for a Mid-Piedmont 3A test on Monday, October 17. North Davidson will meet a Grizzlies squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-11.

With the loss, Montgomery Central drops to 8-6 on the season. The Timberwolves host Ledford (Thomasville, NC) to meet the Panthers in a Mid-Piedmont 3A test on Monday, October 17. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 11-5. Ledford won 7-0 in their recent league test against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC)
