Illinois High School Volleyball - River Ridge over East Dubuque

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the River Ridge Wildcats (Hanover, IL) and the visiting East Dubuque Warriors (East Dubuque, IL), saw River Ridge's volleyball squad beat East Dubuque by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, River Ridge upgrades its record to 14-12 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Stockton (Stockton, IL) to play the Blackhawks in a Northwest Upstate Illini bout on Thursday, October 13. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 12-10. Stockton lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against West Carroll (Savanna, IL)

The Warriors now own a 2-22 record. They play next when they host Scales Mound for a Northwest Upstate Illini bout on Thursday, October 13. East Dubuque will play a Hornets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Pearl City (Pearl City, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 7-15.
