The Wolverines (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Middle College (Los Angeles, CA). The Cougars enter the Crosstown challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, Middle College defeated Stella High Charter Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Sharks meet the New West Charter Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) in a Crosstown challenge, on Friday, October 14. Math & Science College Preparatory will attempt to move on its 7-10 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 3-0 league win over View Park (Los Angeles, CA).
