The Graford Rabbits volleyball team (Graford, TX), went down 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Newcastle Bobcats (Newcastle, TX)

The Bobcats (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bryson (Bryson, TX). The Cowboys come into the 1A Region II District 11 challenge with a 21-14 record. In their last match, Bryson achieved victory over Garner (Weatherford, TX), 3-0, in a non-league match.

With the loss, Graford drops to 15-13 on the campaign. The Rabbits host Perrin-Whitt (Perrin, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a 1A Region II District 12 match on Thursday, October 13. The Pirates come into the match with a record of 17-10. Perrin-Whitt won 3-1 in their recent league match against Garner (Weatherford, TX)
