The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) and the visiting Reseda Regents (Reseda, CA), saw Kennedy's volleyball squad beat Reseda by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 15-17 on the year. The Cougars travel to Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, October 17. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 15-13. Birmingham lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA)

The Regents now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Panorama for a Valley Mission bout on Monday, October 17. Reseda will play a Pythons squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA). The Pythons record now stands at 1-16.
