In Wednesday's league battle, the host Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Marshfield Rams.

The Panthers (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hingham (Hingham, MA). The Harbormen come into the Patriot battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Hingham lost by Plymouth North (Plymouth, MA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Rams clash with the Silver Lake Regional Lakers (Kingston, MA) in a Patriot battle, on Friday, October 14. Marshfield will attempt to advance on its 3-11 season record. The Lakers come into the battle with a 1-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Duxbury (Duxbury, MA).
