The Matoaca Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Prince George Royals to 1 in the Warriors league victory on Wednesday.

The Warriors now possess a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Godwin for a non-league game on Monday, October 17. Matoaca will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-6.

The Royals (10-7) will now prepare for their game against Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA). The Colonials enter the Central game with a 13-3 record. In their last game, Colonial Heights defeated Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
