The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Port Huron Northern Huskies (Port Huron, MI) and the host St. Clair Saints (St. Clair, MI), saw Port Huron Northern's volleyball squad nip St. Clair by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Port Huron Northern upgrades its record to 2-16 on the year. The Huskies travel to South Lake (St. Clair Shores, MI) to play the Cavaliers in a Macomb Area - Silver bout on Tuesday, October 18. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
The Saints now own a 6-14 record. They play next when they travel to Chippewa Valley for a Macomb Area - Blue bout on Tuesday, October 18. St. Clair will play a Big Reds squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI). The Big Reds record now stands at 4-7.
