Virginia High School Volleyball - West Potomac edged by Fairfax

The Fairfax Lions held off the host West Potomac Wolverines volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodson for a non-league test on Monday, October 16. Fairfax will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-11.
The Wolverines (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins enter the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Lake Braddock was nudged by Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
