The Ukiah Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Piner Prospectors to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now have a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Healdsburg for a game on Tuesday, October 17. Ukiah will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 2-1 league win over St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 1-3.

The Prospectors (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA). The Cougars enter the game with a 16-8 record. In their last game, Rancho Cotate gained a win over Elsie Allen (Santa Rosa, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
