The Blue Ridge Christian Bears soccer squad scored 5 points and restricted the host Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES to 1 in the Bears league triumph on Thursday.

The Bears now hold a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Westover Christian Academy for a VACA test on Tuesday, October 17. Blue Ridge Christian will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Southwest Virginia Academy (Roanoke, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, Roanoke Valley Christian drops to 10-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA) to meet the Crusaders in a VACA test on Tuesday, October 17.
