In Thursday's league contest, the Bingham Miners (South Jordan, UT) volleyball squad were winner over the host Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Miners battle the Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT) in a 6A Region 2 contest, on Tuesday, October 17. Bingham will attempt to better on its 22-2 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 23-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT).

With the loss, Herriman moves to 9-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Park City (Park City, UT) to battle the Miners in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 14. The Miners go into the contest with a record of 20-7. Park City won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Tooele (Tooele, UT)
