Colorado High School Volleyball - Custer County edged by Calhan

The Calhan Bulldogs held off the visiting Custer County Bobcats volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dolores Huerta Prep for a 2A Black Forest test on Saturday, October 14. Calhan will confront a Scorpions team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Thomas MacLaren School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Scorpions record now stands at 1-13.

The Bobcats (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Cotopaxi (Cotopaxi, CO). The Pirates enter the 2A/1A West Central test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Cotopaxi was nudged by South Park (Fairplay, CO), 3-2, in a league test.
