The Carbon Hill Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Gordo Green Wave to 0 in the Bulldogs league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 14-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakman for a non-league game on Thursday, October 19. Carbon Hill will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-18.
The Green Wave (3-10) will now prepare for their game against Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 6-16 record. In their last game, Winfield defeated Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
