Colorado High School Volleyball - Clear Creek tips Gilpin County

October 12, 2023: Evergreen, CO 80439

Clear Creek Golddiggers (Evergreen, CO) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Gilpin County Eagles (Black Hawk, CO), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Golddiggers battle the Dawson School Mustangs (Lafayette, CO) in a 2A/1A Mile High match, on Wednesday, October 18. Clear Creek will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record.

With the loss, Gilpin County drops to 10-10 on the campaign. The Eagles host Denver Christian (Denver, CO) to battle the Thunder in a 2A/1A Mile High match on Tuesday, October 17. The Thunder come into the match with a record of 11-9. Denver Christian won 3-0 in their recent league match against Union Colony Prep (Greeley, CO)
