The New Hampton Chickasaws volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Crestwood Cadets to 0 in the Chickasaws league victory on Thursday.

The Chickasaws now possess a 25-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waverly-Shell Rock for a Northeast Iowa game on Thursday, October 12. New Hampton will meet a Go-Hawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA). The Go-Hawks record now stands at 11-24.

The Cadets (12-14) will now prepare for their game against Waukon (Waukon, IA). The Indians enter the Northeast Iowa game with a 8-15 record. In their last game, Waukon was dropped by Waverly-Shell Rock (Waverly, IA), 2-0, in a league game.
