Connecticut High School Volleyball - Derby overwhelmed by Seymour

The Derby Red Raiders volleyball team (Derby, CT), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Seymour Wildcats (Seymour, CT)

The Wildcats (15-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT). The Crusaders come into the Naugatuck Valley challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Holy Cross defeated Watertown (Watertown, CT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Red Raiders encounter the Ansonia Chargers (Ansonia, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley challenge, on Tuesday, October 17. Derby will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 2-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Wilby (Waterbury, CT).
