In Thursday's league battle, the host Dinwiddie Generals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Petersburg Crimson Wave.
The Generals (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA). The Colonials come into the Central battle with a 15-1 record.
Next, the Crimson Wave clash with the John Marshall Justices (Richmond, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 16. Petersburg will attempt to advance on its 2-13 season record. The Justices come into the battle with a 3-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Richmond, VA).
